I buy the leather from two small, family-run companies of retail resale of shoemaking materials, in Lombardy an hour away by car from my workshop. These sell leather, mostly already partially cut, which are production waste from the shoe industry. In addition to leathers, they sell various accessories useful for the trade, also these deriving from scraps, bankruptcies, etc. Pinatex can be purchased online,from the company that produces it: ananas anam.
